What To Expect

Here are a few things you may be curious about.
But please let us know of any questions you have.

• Let us know how many people are in your home or office.

• We can recommend how many 5-Gallon Jugs you’ll need.

• We will be provided a water tower to insert your 5-Gallon Bottles into. Put this in a secure area.

• You can always add more or less Water Jugs as needed.

• The 5-Gallon Water Jugs are extremely heavy and should be handled with care to avoid injury.

• Most of our customer get refills every 1-2 months, but you can request as needed.

• There is a deposit required for each Water Jug, but you can cancel and get your deposit back at any time.

• A Family of Four will usually need about four (4) 5-Gallon Jugs per month, but you can get more or less as you’d like.

• If you ever run out of water, simply Text Message us any time. We recommend you send a text message when you are on your last one or two 5-Gallon Jugs to allow for enough time for your next delivery.
